AI photo analysis

Before your first scan the app asks for your permission. If you agree, your photo is sent securely to our server and on to a third-party AI service, Anthropic, which returns the foods and portions it sees. We do not keep your photo. Anthropic handles it under its own privacy terms. You can turn this off at any time in Profile → AI photo analysis and still add meals by typing them in.
